How It Works
This service provides secure access to your designated SharePoint folders through a simple authentication process.
Step 1: Sign Up or Sign In
- Click the Sign Up or Log In button
- New users: Complete the registration form with your details

Returning users: Enter your existing credentials
- If you had a folder from the previous system, your files are still there, you must sign up with the same email address
Step 2: Access Your Secure Link
- After successful authentication, a new page will automatically open
- This page will generate a personalized, secure link to your SharePoint folder
- The link is unique to your account and provides direct access to your designated content
Step 3: Using Your SharePoint Link
- Click the generated link to access your SharePoint folder
- You may be prompted to sign in to SharePoint using your Microsoft credentials
- Your access permissions are pre-configured based on your account
